The Extra! Extra! Card™ (“Card™”) identifies you as a member of Romance Unlimited™, a division of LDH Enterprises Inc. and entitles you to savings and complimentary services or products as made available and advertised at www.RomanceUnlimited.com, this at the entire discretion of each participating business (“Affiliate”). The Card™ is not a credit card. The Card™ is for your sole, personal use until the date of expiration or cancellation of the Card™. You understand that the Card™, the services and/or products offered may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. The Extra! Extra! Card™ is non-transferable and must be presented to receive discounts and complimentary services or products.
Romance Unlimited™ makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any goods, services, courses, products, or tools purchased or obtained through any Affiliate. You are solely responsible for any use of the ideas, content, concepts, goods or services supplied by any Affiliate and you will defend, indemnify, and hold each of Romance Unlimited™, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, harmless for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of their services or products.
